"My experience has been excellent. You guys have just been very very easy to work with. The price plus your expertise has been fantastic and we've gotten to our goals."
~ Ward Carey, President at Heidi Carey
"I really like how responsive you are about everything. I was a little bit skeptical at first, but as soon as I started seeing all the results - how the website is rendering better and faster - I thought everything was going great."
~ Alesandro Viola, Lead Developer at Heidi Carey
Heidi Carey's husband, Ward, was referred to us by an agency partner who knew we specialized in web performance optimizations for Shopify stores. Ward oversees operations and is always looking for ways to improve their brand and user experience. First impressions mean a lot and he saw their speeds could be improved. By the end of our short first call, Ward was eager to get started the same day to ensure their site was optimized as soon as possible.
Immediately after launch, their developer, Alesandro, was already impressed by the big difference in lab data metrics from various performance tools. While lab data isn't the best measure of success, it's a good indicator of how real users might experience your site. After Google collected enough data over their 28 day rolling window, we were pleased to see a roughly 25% improvement to key load time metrics, FCP and LCP, on both mobile and desktop. Whether browsing on a phone, or considering a purchase on desktop, visitors now see content faster, can engage with the site quickly, and will be more likely to have a great experience that leads to a purchase.
Heidi Carey grew up surrounded by women who confidently embodied timeless style. While living in New York through the '60s and '80s, she immersed herself in fashion through her connections and by working for Ralph Lauren and Vera Wang. Her travels to Europe and Asia also opened her eyes to global possibilities. Continuing the journey, she launched her own fashion line in 2016, with a simple goal to create beautiful and timeless accessories for her friends and anyone else who enjoyed the same designs.
